Whilst we aim to keep up on the latest news in the discount voucher code sector, it would be amiss of us not to look back and note the events which have helped shape this sector.

One defining moment in the development of UK Affiliate Network’s distribution of voucher codes to affiliates is the Paid On Results Voucher Manager. Paid on Results (POR) blogged about their new tool on their company blog in October 2007, announcing the tools imminent launch.

The tool was the first to actively recognise exclusive vouchers assigned to a specific affiliate and give them the comissions on a sale, even if the voucher was promoted by another affiliate via their links. It also brought up the first opportunity for affiliates to advertise their codes offline.

POR affiliates can subscribe to the Voucher Manager and receive emails and personalised bulletins when new codes, or new merchants with vouchers are released. Any affiliates using the tool new, let us know how it is for you in the comments section please.
